Three Spirits Forge is an incremental blacksmithing game about growth, automation, and the flow of time — guided by three unique characters who shape your journey.

---The Three Spirits---

Hope — The Spirit of the Present A determined blacksmith who represents action, choice, and the moment you can shape. You control Hope and the choices that are made in the shop.

B.O.R.B. — The Spirit of the Future The Blatantly Obvious Robot Blacksmith. Logical, efficient, and extremely proud of his servos. B.O.R.B. embodies automation.

Aura — The Spirit of the Past A quiet, ethereal craftsman who remembers every weapon ever forged. She can be a huge help, but just like your past she can hinder your growth.  Sometimes she adds to your progression and sometimes she takes away.

Together, they form the heart of your forge — past, present, and future working in harmony.

---Craft, Upgrade, Automate---

Start with simple weapons and basic materials. Hammer manually to earn gold, unlock new weapon types, and discover elemental combinations that dramatically boost value.

As your forge grows, automation becomes essential:

  • Auto‑Hammers with customizable power and speed
  • Shop Tier Upgrades from Bronze → Iron → Steel → Mythril → Dragonsteel
  • Elemental Upgrades like Fire, Ice, Lightning, Light, and Dark
  • Weapon Unlocks including Swords, Axes, Spears, Greatswords, Gauntlets, Bows, and Staffs
  • Prestige Bonuses that permanently reshape your progression

Your forge never stops growing. Push your gold income into the millions, billions, trillions — even quadrillions — with a scaling system designed for long‑term progression and satisfying idle gameplay.

---A Message at the Core---

The Three Spirits represent a simple truth:

You can’t change the past. You can’t control the future. All you can do is focus on today.

Every swing, every upgrade, every prestige is a choice made in the moment — and the forge grows because of it.

---A Cool Unnecessary Feature---

There is an element that tells real time weather.  The shop window shows a weather effect for clouds, fog, rain, thunderstorms and snow.  The lighting is dynamic based on time of day for your time zone.  Why did I put it in there?  To add to the feeling of being in the present, and because I wanted to.  I thought it would be cool to add a feature that helped keep track of time.  This is soli based on your IP not your physical so if you are on a VPN it might not work?

Most the upgrades seem to be exorbitantly expensive, and each weapon seems to be worse per swing than the prior, compounded by an inability to choose which weapon you smith. Additionally, the affordable upgrades seem to do very little compared to their pricing.

Thanks for playing. I have thought about making a choice option. Each weapon is harder to make, but has a higher price on sale, which is compounded when once you start buying the sales upgrades and  rarity upgrades.

Also I tried making the weapons have a higher base value on sale, but it made the game go way too fast for what I was trying to do.

That's fair, it's just that making a weapon take 3-4x as long for a 10% increase in sales price isn't gonna be valuable until you prestige to be able to click it once to complete it. Until then, you're strictly punishing the player. The elements are in a similar boat, albeit on a smaller scale, only mattering at specific breakpoints like 1 hit vs 2 hits. For instance, a mythical dagger of no element will sell for a bit more than 1/4 the price of a mythical dark staff, despite being a difference of 1 click for every like 25 clicks.

I'll look into making that better.  It's a fair point.  I was thinking earlier that the player could almost just make daggers at epic -mythical and do just as well as the staff.

 Thanks for your feedback.
